“ Had a lovely snowy dinner here tonight. Everything was delicious. Staff was super friendly I had the lavender martini and it was absolutely perfect. The coconut shrimp was so crisp and delicious. My husband had the jambalaya pasta and I had the Strawberry spinach salad. I missed a dessert picture but we shared the brownie. Was was absolutely delicious. Warm. Fresh. Chocolaty. Highly recommend salted caramel Gelato on top. ”
“ Someone from the restaurant gifted us a 50 gift card with a celebratory card over a door-dash order! I had asked for a candle for a 4-year anniversary in the special instructions, if they even had one, and they more than delivered! Having recently moved to the area, it was such a nice gesture and I’m very grateful to have spent some time here tonight. It’s a relaxed, smaller bistro with a pretty sizeable patio section. Drinks were good and the menu is fairly priced. We tried the burrata, toasted ravioli, caesar salad, and coconut shrimp today. All were good. I am really touched by their community outreach and we will be back to try even more :) ”
“ I had a WONDERFUL experience at Aperitivo. I was visiting my cousin in Boulder and even she had never been here so we decided to try it out for lunch after I landed and I am so glad that we did. I had a delicious and comforting chicken noodle soup with a fresh and tasty turkey sandwich that came with a side of fruit. My cousin also enjoyed her white bean and kale soup and spinach and strawberry salad with grilled chicken. It was the perfect lunch; light yet filling and very very good. The staff was also very nice and happy to explain anything. I would definitely stop by if you have the chance! ”
“ Best restaurant in North Boulder, and Gunbarrel’s hidden gem. Best cocktails, best French fries, international flavor profiles, and an intimate/chill vibe. LGBT owned and operated with an impressive plant collection. What more could you ask for?! ”
“ What a cute little restaurant! I came in today on my birthday to have a nice little late birthday lunch. I tried the burrata small plate and the calamari small plate. I also had a maple syrup latte light on the syrup. Everything was absolutely spectacular. The calamari was nice and tender. But honestly the burrata stole the show, being incredibly fresh and tasty. A wonderful, wonderful meal on my birthday. I also met one of the owners, Joseph. He was incredibly pleasant and sweet. I will definitely be back. ”
“ Had a super incredible early dinner before Ironman Boulder. It was so fabulous. The crispy ravioli app was scrumptious. The pesto penne with chicken was seriously good. The stars of the evening were the risotto with mushrooms (many kinds of fungi) and a side of perfectly seared salmon, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The staff was attentive and accommodating. ”
“ Very impressed with the hospitality of the staff. I had to find a spot for a zoom call that I had to get on ASAP. the staff welcomed me in and were not worried at all about me buying food first. The food was delicious and reminded me of cafes in Germany growing up. I highly recommend! ”
“ Waiter Abhilash was so friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious. I highly recommended for garlic fries. The plants decoration at the entrance was beautiful. The atmosphere was so positive. ”
